Our apartment locatedin very quiet place called Kijac (Njivice), about 500 m from sea. You can use several playgrounds. There is a long beautiful promenade by the sea from Njivice to Malinska.

The apartments are each about 54 square meters. Each has a fully equipped kitchen and bathroom, two bedrooms and teraces with a great view of Opatija.

Each apartment has two bedrooms, bathroom, living room with spacious kitchen and a big refrigerator. Apartment 2 have a refrigerator for deep-freezing.

Each bathroom has wash stand, douche, bidet. Living room has Sat TV, radio, and DVD player on request.
The bedrooms have a matrimonial bed. Living room has the sofa-bed for one or two children, and crib for babe on request.

Studio 1 and studio 2 are suitable for the young and young couples with children. Both of these studios have a maple-colour paneling on the floor. The size of studio 1 is 20 m2 and studio 2 is 30 m2. Each studio has a twin bed, a wardrobe, table and chairs, a small kitchen with a big refrigerator and a spacious bathroom. The truckle-bed in studio 1 is only for 1 person and the one in studio 2, for 2 persons. Both studios share the same terrace, which is suitable for couples who are friends The terrace is roofed over. By the barbecue place there is another terrace in case you'd like to spend a quiet evening or have a glass of wine.

The courtyard is enclosed and species for children, and illumination discretely shine every corner.

In the garden grow Mediteran plants as lavender, wild thyme, sage, rosemary, mint, lime, heath, oregano, etc. and we try that our garden would be ever aromatic and green.
